Tex Fencing concept:
The concept for our Tex Fence patented in 1980.
It was based upon a buffalo fence originally used in Texas. A professional legal opinion was that the buffalo fence was designed to keep buffalo “in”, whereas, the Tex Fence will keep cattle or animals “out”. Therefore, should you want to enclose facilities the Tex Fence would work, but if you want to fence in the buffalo the outward angle would work.
The Tex Fence is a light weight metal (1 1/4″ steel tubing). and approximately 36″ in height.
